I am a newly single parent with a large house to myself. To those who might be discouraged by the category of "children", my son is a very studious 16 year old art student, and is an ambitious art student with high grades. I work from home and my son attends high school. I am renting a room or rooms, in a beautiful large home in an upscale Westerville neightborhood. Fully furnished, except the bedrooms to be rented.
