Hey I'm Matt. I am living in the SDSU area right now and my lease is going to be up on Aug. 28th. I am looking for a place to stay in PB or OB, because I want to live closer to the beach. I am a 24 yr old working professional. I am very clean, respectful, reliable, fun, hilarious, and chill. I am looking to spend $700 - $800 at the most a month. I also just got brand new couches, living room tables and a kitchen table that I would like to move in with me if possible.
