About the room

Looking for a laid-back, friendly roommate who is mutually respectful. I like my space, but I'd like to live with someone who I can watch tv shows or sports with and who can crack open a beer (or beverage of your choice) and relax sometimes. I'm 24, responsible, and work full time. Looking for somebody who is similar in age and interests. I am NOT just looking for a random person who can pay the rent - I want a good living situation.
