About the room
Divorced and stuck with an overly spacious house in a rotten real-estate market, I have plenty of room to share. Currently, it’s just me, my 16-yr old, and 2 awesome Chihuahuas (The dogs are restricted to kitchen/family room). Looking to rent the walkout basement w/ bedroom, bath, bar, gym & sauna. Offering use of all common areas, deck, wi-fi, maxed-out cable channels, and other amenities. Bi-weekly maid-service too. Happy to negotiate on garage space.
