About the room
I have a beautiful home - It has a huge back yard, all the ammenities and the home it only 5 years old. The house has 3 bdrms/2 bathrooms - You would have your own private bath, it is not connected to the bedroom but is 1 step across the hall. The house is furnished all except for the bedroom I am renting out. Utilities are usually less than $100 month and a renter would pay half of the utilities - cable is included. If you have any questions please feel free to e-mail me at: [contact info removed]
