About the room
I live in a brand new GORGEOUS community in North Chico off of Eaton Road. I am looking for a roommate to move in as soon as possible, as my current roommate is moving back home. I want a roommate who is very clean because I keep the apartment tidy. Also, rent is $500/month which does not include utilities. Other than that, I am looking for someone who is fun, flexible, and easy to get along with. Please [contact info removed] if you are interested or would like further information!
