About the room
The property is on a county road with 4 other houses. It is very secluded and private. If you like country living you will love this. The property is approximately 5 minutes of town. I have a golden retriever who lives outside and sleeps inside. They are currently putting new siding on the house and painting it, new back door, new a/c, very well insulated for low electricity costs. Dish network is provided. All bills paid except electricity.
