First off my name is Jake, and thank you for reading. I am the owner of the property as well. My house has a brief history about it that id like to tell. I guess this is my way of weeding out individuals of less gratitude and respect towards others. Five years ago I purchased this property in shambles and have part all of my heart into it, while also possesing an artistic eye I have created humble, unique, warm, and inviting atmosphere...... I cannot have that compromized..
