About the room
Hi, my name is Owen. My place is a fairly large three bedroom townhouse with a pool table, big screen TV, cable internet, 1 and a half bathrooms, washer/dryer, my girlfriend, and one cool-ass cat named Mary Jane. I have two available rooms for rent, either one going for $400 a month plus utilities. But, if I can fill the last room then we'd all be paying 300 a piece for rent.
