About the room
Hi, I’m a newly divorced man, my wife decided that the grass was greener somewhere else. I have a beautiful custom home on a ½ acre lot with a 30’X 50’ grass area in my back yard, fire pit, BBQ, plus a hot tub build for seven. I’m looking for a muture person, not a “party animal” to share my home with. This is a very clean 7 year old semi-custom home, tinted duel pane windows, wooden window covering, and black out drapes on bedroom windows. Rent amount may be negotiable A DRUG & SMOKE FREE HOME
