I have two rooms available for one person or single parent and child. The rooms face the front of the townhouse and are steps from the main bathroom of the house. I will have my guests use my bathroom all I can. Across the street is a field where most dog owners take there dogs to get there crazies out and it also has a park. You have a parking spot however, there is plenty of visitors parking. Most utilities are included.
