Spacious house with large yard on fabulous 6-ac setting with too much room for one person. I am an active but easy going, slightly introverted (not perverted) professional looking to offset some of my costs with friendly co-habitation from house sharing. A sign of the economic times! I am not expecting a major social life from a house mate. ___ I plan to rent 2nd floor area for privacy along with shared kitchen and dining areas. The master bedroom is on the first floor other side of house.
