About the room
Because of some personal issues, I am having to move out ASAP from my wonderful large apartment located off Shepard Road and West 7th in St Paul. The place is called Woodstone Luxury Apartments. I am looking for someone to take over my place ASAP til August 1st. These apartments have more then you need... great workout room, amazing pool, and sauna. It's well over 1000 sq ft and is the perfect location to Grand and 7th. You have your own bathroom and the rent includes everything!
