I have 2 bedrooms available for $698 per month. You can use one room for your bedroom and the other room for an office, living room space or for a child. If you only need 1 room, the rate is $500. I am an easy going, friendly woman. If you have a special situation that you would like to be considered, please don't hesitate to ask. Single moms are encouraged to inquire, as the two bedrooms available may be ideal for you. Cheers!
