Includes a sliding door to the outside patio and own bathroom with tub. There is a Direct TV hookup in your room with main DVR in shared living room. Excel, water, and trash is included as well. Tennis courts and pool across the parking lot. Very quite neighborhood with access to anything needed fast. I try to keep the place very clean, please no pets, and not really big on the parties.
