About the room
We have a house at Aspen Heights and need one more roommate. The rent is $595 a month. The house is large (2400sq ft.) and have big bedrooms (220sq ft) with large walk in closets. We have the living furniture already and everything needed for the kitchen. The complex has a pool, work out fac., basketball, volleyball, etc. It's close to Welborn but you're better off taking Jones-Butler which gets you to campus in about 8 minutes. They do have a private shuttle though.
