About the room
This is a great place to live! I am needing to find a person to take over on my lease which will be $399 a month all bills paid with a $75 electricity tab. The electricity tab will be bumped up to $100 once 4 roommates are living in the apartment. The only reason I am having to leave this wonderful place is because my boyfriend and I recently got a puppy and are needing to find a better home for her, because pets are not allowed in our particular building.
