About the room
Responsible, quiet, laid back female wanted to share 2 BR 1 BA condo with responsible, quiet, laid back female in her early 40s. This is a 3rd floor unit with 6 skylights. Walk to beaches & train. Very cute. Nice outside deck. Off-street parking available. Bedroom is smaller than master and has 1 closet but there is plenty of closet space in the condo as well as a storage area in the basement. Wireless internet available. I have one friendly cat so must be a cat person.
