About the room
I have a 3 bedroom townhouse in Denton, TX near TWU campus and close to UNT also. My roommate and I are looking to find a 3rd ASAP. We are both students and work part-time. Guy or girl...doesn't matter, as long as you are okay with having quiet evenings when necessary to let us study and be okay with having a party on occasion. We have 3 dogs (outside mostly) and 2 kittens. We both smoke, but only outside. Call if you're interested [contact info removed]
