About the room
Modern condo in Mt. Lebanon. 1 block walk to tons of restaurants and bars. Right across the street from T station to downtown. I own the condo and it is the best! I just need a room mate for awhile to catch up on expenses. I have 3, friendly indoor cats - so potential room mate must be cat friendly. I'll pay condo fee, wireless internet, cable tv, etc. $700 includes half of my mortgage and half of electric and gas. Email if interested! In person inteviews only. Totally furnished.
