I am 24 and work lots so I am in and out. My roommate is 21 and works fulltime while finishing school. We want a friendly and clean roommate who is real chill, likes to have fun, but not party at the house every night. The bedroom is a private bedroom in the basement and comes fully furnished. The neighborhood is nice, and the house is only 6 years old. I take lots of pride in my decor and keeping things clean but liviable.
