About the room
Just bought a house and looking for someone to help with the costs. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. One of them I was planning on making it into a little home gym but you can pick what you want. I have a walk out basement that includes another bedroom and an entertainment room. The backyard is fenced if you have pets. 3 car garage so you will have your own parking spot plus some more room for storage.
