About the room
I'm a musician on the road with a country artist. My house is near 24/ thompson lane... 10 minutes from Downtown, Hillsboro Village, airport and Brentwood. The house is a 1948 that has been remodeled. It's 1800 sq ft, includes laundry, WiFi, cable, private bath, 12X12 bedroom, kitchen and parking. It's got a music studio, where I work on recording projects. The master suite is upstairs, and that's where I am at 90% of the time, if I'm at home. The room for rent has hardwood
