Go ahead and make an offer. The best offer will include water, electric, internet, and outside grounds & pool maintenance. You'll get your own room, unfurnished (except a desk). We'll share the rest of the place (except my room). I'm a clean person. No smoking cigarettes inside. Just over 2 miles from the beach. Across the street from a grocery store. Condo rules say no large pets. Apartment is on the 2nd floor. Laundry machines are downstairs. It cost $3 to wash & dry a load (45 minutes drying)
