I'm subletting my apartment room starting mid december or in January whenever. Own private room. There is a kitchen and living area. Everything is furnished and there are 3 other roommates who are all friendly and awesome to live with (I'm serious). There is a gym, tanning beds, and a computer lab. The apartment complex is located on 10th and Montgomery which is a quarter mile from temple university. 8 mins from center city! There is a train, bus, and subway stations in walk
