I'm a 25 year old single, liberal New Yorker who's moving to D.C. for graduate school (I'll be attending Catholic U for my MSW). I'm looking to move sometime mid-August and will pay the full month's rent if need be. A group home would be ideal but I'm flexible. I don't need to be right near campus as long as the place is metro accessible and I can commute within an hour. I won't be bringing pets with me but I'm fine with pets. Would prefer to be in a non-smoking house.
