About the room

Great Apt near the Nippers Corner Brentwood area. I am a teacher looking to cut the cost of a 1100 sq foot apt that has become too much for me on my own right now. Looking for a female rommate, age does not matter. I only ask that you respect my things, as I will yours, and pay your rent on time. Thats it! It's a win win situation!! :)
