Hello, I'm a single lesbian female searching for a dependable, reliable, responsible, clean & tidy roommate to room w/ me for the remainder of my 6 month lease. If it works that the rooming situation is good for both parties, then I would consider resigning the lease for another 12 months w/ both names listed on the lease. Since this is a 2BR/2BA you would have your own room & bed room. The apartment is about 1,000sq ft. & the bedrooms are on the opposite sides of each other so there is privacy.
