This is a newer property and has been very well maintained. The room available has its own private bathroom with shower and tub and is a very good size with large sliding glass closet door. There is always parking. The grocery store is only 2 blocks away and the main shopping is 3 blocks away (Garnett). Over all it is a great condo that is close enough enough to everything but still feels like a home.
