I am seeking a female roommate to share my gorgeous 3 bedroom luxury apartment. The 1600 sq. ft. apartment has 1 floor to itself in a brownstone. The gut-renovated apartment boasts 3 bedrooms, a dining area, library room, living room, superb chef's kitchen, and a huge bathroom. The bedroom is a furnished 160 sq. ft room with spacious closet, washer, dryer, desk, full-sized bed, curtains and chandelier.
