I own a 3 bed/2 bath condo in Oceanside. I live on the 2nd floor (top). It's a great complex, gated, with plenty of street parking. The place is furnished though your room is not. Your bathroom is in the hall and you'd only share it with visitors. I'm looking for 1roommate, preferably male. I liked living with Marines. For details or to come by and see the place, please email. I'm looking to get someone in by the end of the month, so I can be negotiable on a deposit or utilties.
