Jcbaker, 54

Clean, open minded, easy-going, considerate 32-yrs Montana transplant looking for a share w/equally thoughtful roommate(s) $500 per mo or less. I’m employed full time in Berkeley, non-smoker/no drugs. I enjoy hiking & fishing and spend a lot of time outdoors. My ideal would be an in-law studio w/ private bath & kitchen(ette) as well as access to a yard at around $650 mo. but I’m very open shares (pref. Berkeley or Alameda). I can provide references.
