About the room
It is a cute house about 10 min from Siesta Key Beach right before the North Bridge in Sarasota, FL. I am looking for a girl room mate who is clean and doesn't smoke. The house is a great size there is lot's of room and I have a empty bed room with a private bathroom. And entrance. Big kitchen and washer and dryer as well. I am very neat and clean. I am very easy to get a long with as well. I just need a room mate for the lease starting April 1 that run's for a year.
