You would have the master bedroom suite in this modern, 2-bedroom condominium in the Coeur de Royale complex. Private bath in a large bedroom, huge walk-in closet, indoor trash disposal and off-street parking. I am a disabled, older, smoker with a well-behaved, declawed and spayed cat. Less than a block to major bus service and within walking distance of I-270. Secure lobby entry. Prefer someone without mental illness. I need to use the shower in the master bedroom. I cook well.
