About the room
I am seeking a female roommate for my house off of Clear Creek. It's in a beautiful neighborhood, with great neighbors and a huge back yard with a built in grill (perfect for weekend barbeques!) You would have your own full bathroom and either a fully furnished room or a room that you could bring your own bed/dresser into - whatever you decide. The price includes cable, wireless internet, washer and dryer use and rent. You would have to buy all of your own groceries and clean up after yourse
