I am having a townhome getting built right now. I have lived with roomates for a long time and would definitely continue to do so. The townhome has 3 floors with 2 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms on the top floor, a great living and dinig area on second floor, and another bedroom with a bathroom on the ground floor. You have 2 bedroom options to choose from. I will be furnishing the living room by the time I move in. there is easy parking available outside that you can use.
