About the room
.This place is just stunning. Loft style, vaulted ceilings, good mood lighting & stylish paint, comfy carpeting. It's gorgeous, cute, artistic, sunny in the daytime, generally quiet but not uptight, cozy but not cramped, perfect. This add is for 1 of the master bedrooms. I'm also offering an open air loft (14'x7', $600 / month). Co-ed house, close to everything: Fair Oaks mall, Wegmans, GMU, historic Fairfax, 66, 29 & 50... but out of the way of the worst rush hour. Background check required.
