31 year old nonsmoking quiet professional SF seeking a room to rent for a long-term period. Ideal room would be cable-ready, large and unfurnished with ample closet space. Subway access (4/B/D/Q) and nearby laundromat or laundry in building a must. I’m GLBTQ friendly, lean politically to the left and non-religious. I’m also a music geek, and I love games of all sorts. Looking for room in Inwood/Washington Hts., Morningside Hts., UES, UWS, Astoria, Park Slope/Prospect Hts., or Ft. Greene.
