Looking for a clean environment with another professional person, I am rarely home on weekends. I am a decent cook and share well. Getting out of a realtionship and need a place to live close to work. Work for the US government. Internet access is a must. I have verifiable employment and references. Handy man as well for small plumbing and other home issues.
