Hi. In process of moving in! Just purchased a duplex and am looking for room-mate to share expenses on my side. 1,100 sf of space....College aged male preferred. In the home there are 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, a large kitchen and living room, plenty of parking, a large deck off living room slider with private fenced in back yard. I am easy to get along with-like to cook and am neat/clean. Serious inquiries only. Thanks!
