This is a great opportunity to live in a luxury gated community at a much lower price. The bedroom and bath are separate suites located on the opposite ends of the house which provides great privacy. There is a large vaulted ceiling LR with TV center, Den with TV, covered Lanai with table and chairs and a comfortable two seater to read and nap. Fully equipped kitchen and wash room with washer and dryer. I'm looking for a considerate, easygoing person. A sense of humor is a great help w
