About the room
One bedroom in a two bedroom house. My name is Steve, I am 28, gay, professional. I own finches, they are quiet and stay in cages in my room. I am outgoing, clean, and quiet. I would like a professional roommate. Utilities run from $30 total in summer for electric/gas to $160 total in winter for electric/gas. Cable and wireless is $80 total per month. Great yard, garage. I do not want to live with someone who is OCD and/or passive aggressive. Move in before August 1 and NO DEPOSIT!
