Homeowner looking for someone to share the property with. It is a nice brick rancher, formal living room and a den on opposite side of house then bedrooms. Unfinished basement for storage, work out space, whatever. 3rd bedroom kind of small use for a shared office with a sofa sleeper for guest. Nice yard, good for bbqing. Close to the community college. I'm pretty easy going, like people.
