About the room
My girlfriend and I recently bought a house and have a basement that we would like to rent out. The basement has one bedroom, a full bathroom, and a large living space. the shared washer and dryer is in the basement bathroom. We have a nice back yard and patio that can be shared. We have a small puppy who is 8 months old but does not cause too much trouble.
