4 bedroom home only being used by myself and my 16yro son. Room is private (was as an office but it's been cleaned out). Bathroom is shared. Shared use of living room, dining room, & kitchen. Plenty of extra room if you need some storage for your things. All utilities included, you pay nothing extra. Neighborhood is very safe and quiet. You must be respectably quiet, cleanly, and help clean up after yourself. Located less than 10min from the Quakertown Turnpike exchange.
