I am a 38 year old male with a 8 yr old son every other weekend that is looking for male or female (female preferred) to share rent cost in a apartment townhome or house. Must like kids, not the partying type, I like to keep the place neat but not immaculate. Hoping to find place with garage, basement, and decent yard
