Hi. I’m looking for a female roommate to come live with me in my townhome in Severn in February. The rent would be $491 a month and I would say you can expect half of the gas and electric to be $50 per month. I have a full kitchen. You wouldn’t have any need to buy any cookware. It has hardwood floors in the bedrooms and the living room is carpeted, washer and dryer inside of the townhome, central air, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Fort Meade.
