About the room
I have a 16x80, 2 bedroom mobile home located in Ridgewood Village in Auburn, Al. My parents own the mobile home, so you would be paying $350.00 (this includes utilities) per month to my parents. The mobile home is barely 4 years old and is in excellent condition. The mobile home will be furnished aside from the one empty bedroom, the mobile home is on a spacious lot, has a fenced-in backyard, screen-in porch, and is close to Auburn University.
