I'm an older (26), single-female, college student looking for a place to rent while finishing school and/or working. I keep my living space pretty clean and tidy. I go out when I want to party (which happens rarely). I smoke and drink socially (only smoke outdoors). I would like to get a dog at some point and time. I am hard working at both jobs and school so I'm not home all the time. I am courteous, quiet, and respectful of others space, property, needs and life-styles.
