About the room
This is a great apartment. I currently live here and go to Chico State but will be transferring to Sacramento State come spring. I need someone to take over my lease til June and can extend it if they wish. This place is perfect for a Chico State student. 10 minute walk to campus, 15 to downtown. Bus stop nearby..students ride free. There is laundry on site and designated parking, as well as covered bike racks. The three girls you would be living with are great! For more info ple
